Shipping and returns - 

 

Fed-Ex is our primary courier, USPS secondary 

 

Domestic Shipping : ALL hair ships within 24hrs after processing, taking 3-5 business days to reach you. 

Fed Ex Expedited Shipping : 2-3 days $50

 

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. To ensure efficient processing and shipping, we ask that you triple check your order before submitting. It is important to carefully check your card for repeats. Any items left behind will need to be purchased in a separate order. 

 

In the event where a double order has been submitted, we will try our best to reach out and confirm prior to shipping. 

 

Tracking number will be sent via email provided when purchased, it will be sent as soon as item is scanned at shipping port, THIS does not mean it is in motion. Please refer to the tracking number with any questions once shipped.
